Parents or Guardians who wish to home school their children need to:
- Fill out the forms (found on our web site )
- Send the forms to:

- If your child was home schooled the previous school year, they will need proof of an assessment given by a certificated teacher or have taken a standardized test or have taken the state OAA/OGT and attached the results with the home school paperwork.
- After the appropriate paper work is received by the school district, it will be reviewed by the home school coordinator and a formal letter of acceptance will be sent back to the parent.

To provide required paperwork to the school district ;
To provide 900 hours or more of instruction to the child(ren) in the academic areas;
To provide educational instruction by a person who holds a high school diploma or higher education;
To provide the materials for the instruction.
