To build on Egypt from Kindergarten, we will learn about mummies and the reason why Egyptians buried their kings in that way. Students will learn the term sarcophagus. We will view the ancient sarcophogus and their ornamental decor. Students will then create their own sarcophogus using our knowledge of pattern, lines and shape to decorate them.
