Description:
Fourth grade students are continuing to learn, with more emphasis, to read pitches from the treble clef. Students will be learning to play various instruments during the year and will be expected to read pitches and play them accordingly. Students also write in a weekly music journal about various topics pertaining to the subject. This is a way to help them think about and express their ideas about different music topics. It also supports the school district's goal of incorporating and improving writing in all areas.
